Commercial property management services. Non-residential property renting or leasing services. The contracting authority wishes to procure a provider who can deliver day to day management services of the commercial spaces within the Great Easten Quays (GEQ) site within the Royal Albert Wharf (RAW) regeneration project, which is being led by Notting Hill Housing (NHH) on the easten boundary of the Royal Docks. This tender has been split into 2 Lots: Lot 1 — Management of overall commercial estate andLot 2 — Management of overall commercial estate and proposal for leasing of B1 workspace or other units.To clarify, each Lot will be scored separately (as set out in Section B of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) document) and Notting Hill Housing will only appoint 1 Provider from one of the two Lots.Further to the note above, Bidders should be aware that: if the Landlord does not identify a suitable partner to manage this scheme under Lot 1 or Lot 2 then they reserve the right not to award a contract to any applicants of this tender and manage the commercial estate internally.During this tendering exercise, the Landlord (currently NHH) is also interested in receiving proposals for a lease of the B1 workspace or other units. Successful proposals could form part of the overall tenancy mix for management in Lot 1.
