The aim of the service is to deliver the diagnostic skills of consultant dermatologists directly to GP practices through a telemedicine app. Once advice is deemed necessary by the Primary Care Clinician, every skin related referral can be sent through this channel using practice HCAs and administration staff to upload histories photographs.
