The Service is for the provision of CHC Residential Nursing Home places for Norfolk for those aged 18 or over, on behalf the Clinical Commissioning Groups. The new contracts will be for 4 bands or tiers of service, depending on the complexity of the patient's requirements, and the rates will be fixed.The contracts will be let on the basis of Any Qualified Provider (AQP); any supplier who meets the minimum standards of financial capability and service standards will be permitted on the framework; however, there is no guarantee of any minimum level of expenditure.
