Descriptions
NHS England Specialised Commissioning (South) is responsible for the provision of satellite haemodialysis operational services to 3 existing haemodialysis units at Taunton, Yeovil and Frome. In addition, the commissioner would like to explore the opportunity of further sites at Bridgwater and Bath. The procurement is split in to three lots:— Lot 1: Taunton (and Bridgwater),— Lot 2: Yeovil,— Lot 3: Frome (and Bath).Bidders should note that award of the Bridgwater and Bath elements of Lots 1 and 3 are optional and at the sole discretion of the Commissioner, as detailed in the procurement docs. The contract for each of the lots will be held by NHS England as the Contracting Authority, but bidders should note the possibility of the contract(s) being novated to the relevant Supervising Trust during the contract term, as further described in the procurement docs. The initial contract duration for each lot is 48 months. The total annual value for this procurement is 5 523 336 GBP and 6 152 328 GBP.
