NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (MLCSU) is procuring a Social Prescribing Link-Worker Service on behalf of NHS Halton Clinical Commissioning Group who is the contracting authority for this opportunity. The Halton social prescribing link-worker service aims to assist people in the Borough by referring them to local, non-clinical services in order to improve both their physical and mental health and wellbeing. The potential contract will be valued at approximately GBP 310 000 per year; and the contract duration will be for 3 years with the potential to extend for a further 1 x 2-year period.
