NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group plan to implement a 4 year Framework Agreement from 1.4.2019 for communication and marketing services for both the CCG and Hull City Council.The Framework Agreement will operate for the maximum allowable period under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 of 4 years and it is envisaged that the framework will be split into the following 4 lots:1) Public Relations;2) Marketing Design Services;3) Media Printing;4) Video Production Services.It is anticipated the framework will be procured in December 2018. The routes to procurement under the framework will be both direct award and mini competition, with direct award being permissible for project values under 15 000 GBP (0 GBP-14 999). Prices will be determined on a project by project basis.There will be no guarantee of work under this Framework Agreement, but potential providers not accredited to the supply of the services cannot be awarded specific services described in this notice.
