NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative is seeking to appoint providers to a Framework Agreement for the Provision of InterpretaTion and Translation Services for use by the NHS and other eligible bodies. The framework will provide the supply of language support provisions to staff requiring assistance in providing services, either individually or as groups, to service users who speak, communicate or read languages other than English the agreement will include the following as a minimum: — Face to Face — British Sign Language — Telephone Interpretation — Video Interpretation — Document Translation
