The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.The intention is to award a contract following the Most Suitable Provider Process.This is a confidential out of hours mental health crisis response service for children and young people and their parents and carers, delivered by people with lived experience, mental health wellbeing practitioners, counsellors, therapists via telephone, text, and web-based chat.The value of the contract is £116,000 for a 2 year contract duration.
