Invitations are now invited from suitably experienced and capable providers to deliver the provision of a Managed Adult Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Service.Two separate services are being integrated into a singular contractual solution to support NHS Wandsworth and NHS Merton Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) who will act as Contracting Authority.The CCGs are offering a contract for 3 years with an option for this to be extended for up to a further 2 years, with the new integrated service intended to commence from 1.4.2019.
