NHS West Hampshire Community Adult Audiology AQP

West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group intends to procure delivery of adult hearing aid provision services. This process includes re opening of the over 55 age related hearing loss LQP and additional activity for 19 years and over. The activity includes direct access Audiometry or GP direct hearing assessment, for patients 19 years and over. Current locally qualified providers for West Hampshire Audiology Services do not need to apply. Direct access audiometry or GP direct hearing assessment, 19 years and over; Fitting of Hearing Aid (s), adult - routine or complex; Follow-up, Adult, Face to Face (hearing aid related); Aftercare (hearing aids); Follow-up, Non Face to Face (hearing aid related); Rehabilitative Audiology Service; and One to One - Adult Hearing aids. As indicated above, the intention is to re-open the locally qualified provider accreditation process to include the requirement for a service to all adult patients. Details of this procurement will be advised in the near future on the South of England Procurement Portal (In-Tend). All info will be available on the portal under the following link; https://in-tendhost.co.uk/soepscommissioning. The Market Warming Event (MWE) will be held on the Wednesday, 8th of March starting at 11.45am - 1pm at Wells Place Centre, Wells Place, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 5LJ. The contracting authority wishes to engage with the market in order to form the final Audiology AQP specification. Access to the Portal to register attendance; Organisations, who wish to attend this Market Warming Event, must be registered on the South of England Procurement Services (SoEPS) eTendering Portal "In-tend". If you are not already a registered supplier on our portal, you must sign up (free of charge) on In-Tend using the following guide. Instructions for Registering on the SoEPS Commissioning Support In-tend e-Tendering Portal 1. Browse to the SoEPS Commissioning Support portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/soepscommissioning 2. Click the "Register" link on the left-hand side of the page. 3. Enter your correct business and user details. 4. Note the email address chosen and Click "Register My Company" when complete. 5. You will receive an email with your unique password (keep this secure). 6. Login to the portal with the username/password. 7. You will be prompted to change your password on first login. Once registered, you should be able to access the project "F8306 Audiology AQP" where you will find the draft specification document within the description tab of the project (synopsis) for your information. Please note: Completion of the registration of attendance or actual attendance at the market Warming Event, does not constitute an expression of interest in this requirement. We recommend a maximum of two delegates per organization where applicable. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN AQP AND IT IS IN NO WAY DIVIDED INTO LOTS!
