The award of a contract for the provision of a Direct Debit Solution to enable the NHSBSA to provide improved services to its clients, citizens and customers through the ability to collect payments via Direct Debit across multiple service areas. The award if for an initial two year contract period with the option to extend by a period of 3 x 12 months. The contract cost is based upon a per transaction cost model and the whole life value of this contract, including the options to extend is anticipated to exceed £1million. Estimated forecast of the contract value is c1.5m ex VAT.
