Descriptions
NHS Resolution are seeking to procure a training provider to develop and deliver a Leadership and management programme the content of which has been scoped. The product needs to be developed into a "fit for purpose" programme using the suppliers own course materials. It is proposed that the course is delivered using a blended approach to include where possible "in-person" and virtual learning to meet the learning needs of a workforce within a national organisation, who work to a hybrid model. Course Modules include: •Understanding self and others •Engaging and managing people •Governance managing the business and digital capability to include AI. •Responding to and managing change •Developing and maintaining resilience It is anticipated that the offer will be made available to approximately 170 managers over a two- year period with cohorts of 16 people, delivered simultaneously pending demand.
