This is a RFT for the provision of executive search for the position of Director of the National Library of Ireland. The Director of the National Library of Ireland will be required to deliver a challenging programme over the course of the five year appointment including the complete renovation of the West Wing of the National Library’s Main Building, the creation of exciting new public spaces including new exhibition galleries, extensive and diverse collecting, the development of safeguarding policies, practices and plans, major cataloguing and digitisation programmes, the enhancement of research services and communications, and the development of a more flexible, innovative workplace, in addition to an ongoing programme of inclusion and accessibility.
