Descriptions
The No Second Night Out (NSNO) service is part of a national commitment to end rough sleeping.The aim of this contract is to commission a service to work with individuals who are rough sleeping in the district to ensure that nobody continues to do so. This will be achieved by fast tracking assessments to identify a solution to resolve an individual's homelessness. This will include the provision of short term emergency accommodation in circumstances where an immediate solution cannot be provided. The service will also encompass the provision of street outreach work and cold weather provision.Duration of Contract: 2-year initial term with an option of 2 (1+1) -year extension, subject to satisfactory performance. Therefore, the total possible duration of the contract is 4 years.Estimated Cost: 250 000 GBP per year or 1 000 000 GBP for the total possible duration of 4 years.
