This requirement is to establish a Framework Agreement with a number of providers of Internal Audit, Counter Fraud and Related Services which that are relevant to the distinct (both generic and specific) needs of NHS and related health Sector organizations and any particular Participating Authority.The Service requirements may evolve and expand as Regulations and Standards change and new initiatives emerge.NOE CPC is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with several economic entities using the Open Procedure with an envisaged maximum of 8 service providers.The Framework Agreement will be based upon the terms and conditions of the NHS Framework Agreement for the provision of Services.
