Welsh Water requires a merging of 3 separate agreements for this requirement into one. The scope will cover Non-half hourly meter services for meters. These are accredited for use for supplies falling into profile class 1-4 and sub-meters used for energy accounting purposes (non-settlement). The services include the following areas:—MAP:Meter Asset Provider—MOP:Meter Operator—DC:Data Collector—DA:Data Aggregator—DR:Data RetrieverThe procurement will be a single source award for all of the above listed services across all sites with a non-half hourly AMR (Automatic Meter Reader).Applicants are to access further information by using the link to the DCC Bravo Portal. A completed PQQ must completed and returned via the Bravo system by 22.9.2016, 12:00 (Midday), with 19.9.2016, 12:00 (Midday) being the cut off for accessing the documents.
