North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as the "Council") is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a Printer Supply and Maintenance Service, in line with the requirements of this detailed specification and all supporting documents. The Council has identified suitable suppliers under the Crown Commercial Service Framework RM6174 for Multifunctional Devices, Print and Digital Workflow Software Services and Managed Print Service Provision. The Council has inherited a mix of printing contracts and devices across the Council's estate. The contracts are with three (3) different suppliers with renewal dates in September 2024. The purpose of this procurement is to identify, procure, and implement a modern, fit for purpose multi-function device solution for the Council, establishing one (1) harmonised contract to meet the printing needs across the Council's full estate and ensure continuity, stability, and reliability of print services for all Council staff users, enabling users to print from any device at any location if needed.
