The North Wales Procurement Partnership is looking to establish a collaborative framework agreement for the provision of ad hoc Legal Services (Solicitors) to support the member authorities internal legal departments.The Partnership Unit is leading this collaborative procurement for Legal Services in order to establish a framework agreement which will realise the maximum possible benefits in terms of value for money and quality of service.The Partnership, with the support of other contracting bodies, intends to award the collaborative framework agreement available for use by all North Welsh contracting Authorities and entities in the public sector including but not limited to Government Departments and their Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS Bodies, Local Authorities, Police Authorities, Emergency Services, Educational Establishments and Registered Social Landlords who have a need to purchase external legal services.The following contracting authorities have already committed on a non-contractually binding basis to this procurement: Anglesey County Council, Gwynedd Council, Conwy County Borough Council, Denbighshire County Council, Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council.
