Conwy County Borough Council in collaboration with the six North Wales Local Authorities wishes to invite suitably experienced and qualified Organisations to tender for the delivery of independent advocacy services for children and young people across North Wales.The service is currently provided by an existing Organisation through two sub-regional contracts for the North East Local Authority Social Services (Wrexham, Flintshire and Denbighshire) and the North West Local Authority Social Services (Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey) therefore staff transfer arrangements may apply under the TUPE regulations.The Service will be awarded for three years commencing on the 1st April 2014 with an option to extend to a further two year period.An open tender process will apply.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=14439.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
