North Wales Wildlife Trust - Building Corporate Relationships

Descriptions

With support from the Heritage Lottery Fund, NWWT seeks to begin the process of establishing its own, distinctive corporate partnership scheme and thus increase the amount of unrestricted income available to the Trust to achieve its charitable objectives. Our future corporate recruitment should initially be targeted at warm contacts and present appropriate offers to meet corporate needs, be they to reach out to our membership or improve their green credentials/social responsibility.NWWT require quotes for the production of a report that will:1. Identify a range of businesses operating in the North Wales region that might be receptive to partnering with and donating to NWWT, explaining the methodology and rationale used;2. Outline engagement strategies for the ‘warmest’ sub-set of these businesses, giving consideration to the planning of targeted events and/or presentations (or identify external events that can be used to highlight the benefit of partnership with NWWT);3. Present a strategy for the production of a range of printed materials aimed at these businesses, drafting copy where appropriate;4. Present an appropriate structure for a corporate membership scheme, including appropriate criteria for application, membership fees and reciprocal benefits;5. Consider the potential and make-up of a ‘corporate advisory board’, in which industry representatives meet to review NWWT’s progress and potential in this area of fundraising;6. Identify the most appropriate means of staffing a corporate recruitment programme. All recommendations from the report are required to consider the activity and budgetary outline originally submitted to the Heritage Lottery Fund and the bilingual working environment in which NWWT operates.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=332.
