Descriptions
This framework aims to cover fresh food used by Bangor University and the four main Grwp Llandrillo Menai sites at Rhos-on-Sea, Bangor, Glynllifon and Dolgellau. At these sites courses are run to teach fine dining, specialist catering and hospitality. These courses require the purchasing of specialist ingredients which will need to be of the highest quality and freshness. Bangor University also run a fine dining kitchen, which is used for hospitality events, conferences and weddings.
