The Evaluation Matrix below, details the requirements of this tender including weighting. The Trust shall be under no obligation to accept the lowest of any tender prices submitted hereunder., The Trust will be utilising a partnership document to evaluate Contractors and gauge how the services will align with the vision for all customers and stakeholders.
