Notting Hill Housing are will be hosting a ‘bidders day’ on Friday 15.4.2016 at 13:00 for potential service providers to attend and find out further information on the servicing and maintenance of the communal heating contract. The contract will be for an initial 5 year term, split into 2x lots (East and West)and is to consist of a total of 91x communal sites. 57x East and 34x West. Service providers are expected to be GasSafe registered and can demonstrate suitable level of experience in this field and are to provided to undertake routine servicing and maintenance to their communal assets.
