Notting Hill Housing (NHH) is a social enterprise that delivers housing and allied services to the communities of London. We are a well established organisation with a strong heritage over fifty years. We have properties spread across London, with our offices also distributed through the City.Our main offices are based in Kings Cross, Hammersmith and Vauxhall. We also have a student accommodation complex in Brentford.NHH is seeking suppliers to provide two sets of services – Cleaning (Lot A) and Security (Lot B). The services are offered in two lots that may be applied for separately or together, however suppliers must indicate the lots they are interested in at PQQ stage as applications will not be accepted at later stages in the process.The Cleaning scope is the routine cleaning of main office buildings, covering daytime, evening and routine out of hours cleaning services typical of office environments. In addition the student accommodation blocks require cleaning of student bedrooms and communal areas on a schedule for certain periods of the year and on a flexible basis for the remainder of the year. Communal areas include circulation spaces, recreation areas, kitchens and ancillary offices.The security scope is the guarding and patrolling of main office buildings, based on a schedule as well as ad-hoc requirements to cover staff absence. The student accommodation requires a flexible guarding arrangement based around demand and safety requirements. In addition NHH may require ad-hoc security guarding at other sites from time to time.
