NPS Facilities Management Services Phase 2 Supplier Awareness Sessions

Further to the Prior Information Notice (PIN) published on 14/12/2015 regarding the NPS Facilities Management Services Framework Phase 2, the NPS will now be holding three Supplier Awareness Sessions in South, Mid & North Wales.The Phase 2 Framework will only cover the following services areas:Mechanical ServicesFire Equipment MaintenancePest Control Services and ProductsManned Security Guarding ServicesThe events will be an opportunity for suppliers to learn more about the opportunity and also future opportunities within the Facilities Management category.The events will be held on the following dates:Mid Wales event will be held at Welsh Government Offices, Ladywell House, Newtown (SY16 1JB) at 1pm on Wednesday 11th May 2016;South Wales event will be held at Welsh Government Offices, QED Centre, Treforest (CF37 5YR) at 12pm on Thursday 12th May 2016;North Wales event will be held at Welsh Government Offices, Llandudno Junction (LL319RZ) at 12.30pm on Friday 13th May 2016.Please note, the South Wales event is in addition to the event being held on 21st April 2016. If you have already registered for the event on 21st April, please do not express an interest in the additional event on 12th May 2016.If you wish to attend any of the events, please contact the Construction and Facilities Management Team at NPSConstruction&FM@wales.gsi.gov.uk to reserve your place stating the location you wish to attend and the staff member(s) that will be attending. All locations are limited in space so attendance will be on a first come first served basis. Depending on the interest shown, suppliers may be limited to 1 staff member per supplier. If interest warrants, then additional sessions may be provided.
