NPS Facilities Management Services Supplier Awareness Sessions

Further to the Prior Information Notice (PIN) published on 29/04/2015 regarding the NPS Facilities Management Services Framework, the NPS will now be holding two Supplier Awareness Sessions in North & South Wales. The events will be an opportunity for suppliers to learn more about the opportunity and also future opportunities within the Facilities Management category.The North Wales event will be held at Welsh Government Offices, Llandudno Junction (LL319RZ) at 10am on Tuesday 25th August 2015 and the South Wales event will be held at the Waterton Centre, Bridgend (CF31 3WT) at 10am on Thursday 27th August 2015.If you wish to attend, please contact the Construction and Facilities Management Team at NPSConstruction&FM@wales.gsi.gov.uk to reserve your place. Both locations are limited to 30 spaces so attendance will be on a first come first served basis. Depending on the interest shown, suppliers may be limited to 1 staff member per supplier.As previously mentioned, the National Procurement Service Facilities Management is being dealt with through a phased approach and will result in multiple frameworks for both Managed Service provision and Direct Supply arrangements. This is to account for the various ways in which the Welsh Public Sector currently procures its Facilities Management Services.
