Recent research has shown that increasing the depth of DNA sequencing leads to the ability to detect mutations which have occurred in only a small number of cells. This contract is for research services which involves high depth sequencing for neurological disease to detect somatic mutations that may also be present in human brain, and may be the cause of common neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's disease.
