The Services required are as follows: • General legal services in relation to the performance of statutory functions; • General legal services and representations; • Advice in relation to CPO, EIAR, AA/NIS, environmental issues and procurement issues; • Briefing and taking instruction from Senior Counsel, including Senior Counsel review of key documents and reports; • Preparation for and attendance at Oral Hearing including provision of Senior Counsel lead for Oral Hearing team; Given the scale of the Project, it is expected that An Bord Pleanála will convene an Oral Hearing in due course, items for which have been included in the Service Requirements specified under this competition.
