To deliver the zero carbon retrofit work to an agreed standard of 40kwh/m2 or less, on time and to budget by- •Collating and processing all necessary and relevant data from Raven •Advising and agreeing with Raven the zero carbon standard to which all our homes will be retrofit using Appendix 1 as a baseline document. •Ensuring that Raven has a baseline for the energy use and bills for the properties to enable evaluation of the success of the project at the end. •Surveying each property in detail to ensure suitability for zero carbon works and design the works suitable for that archetype to meet the agreed standard. •Cloning as much of that survey as possible to other identical archetypes (once surveyed to ensure suitability) and advising Raven what information cannot be cloned and why. •Putting together the specification of works for each property, using Appendix 1 as a baseline, so we can procure a contractor to carry out these works. This will include but not be limited too, all enabling works, building alterations, setting standards for air tightness and thermal bridging, overheating calculations major component replacement and zero carbon major works. •Advising on the contract documentation with contractor(s) to ensure delivery to KPIs. •Helping to recruit the contractor(s) by assisting in the shortlisting and interview process •Act as Employer's representative, cCarrying out the Principal Designer Role and providing contract management and overseeing the contractor(s)' work on site to ensure that the quality will deliver the contracted outcomes, escalating issues to Raven's manager in good time to enable remedial action. •Ensure a courteous approach with Raven's own customers and wider residents, working with the Raven customer-facing team as appropriate. Raven's team will lead customer liaison. •Updating Raven with all relevant information to update their Asset Management database at the end of the project. This will include but not limited to, Heat demand calculations, thermal bridging calculations, air tightness calculations, overheating calculations, a new EPC, details of all major components fitted and warranties and certificates. •Advising Raven of property tech that we can fit to completed properties to ensure that Raven can monitor the properties to check they continue to perform as designed. •Providing evaluation and an evaluation report at the end of project success that includes assessment of improvements to EPC, heat demand, actual customer bills and customer satisfaction.
