In October 2017 Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (the “Council”) awarded Framework 1388 for the Occasional Hire of Plant with Operator. A number of items were removed from tender 1388.As a result of the removal of these items and the addition of a number of new items, the Council sought to establish a new Framework of Contractors for such items to run in line with Framework 1388.The framework period commenced on the 1st June 2018 and will expire in line with Framework 1388 Occasional Hire of Plant with Operator on the 31st October 2020, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months.The Framework consists of the following lots:Lot 1 - Loaders / ExcavatorsLot 2 - Road PlanersLot 3 - Tipper LorriesLot 4 - Flatbed LorriesLot 7 - Hotboxes / JetpatchersLot 8 - TractorsLot 9 - ChippersLot 10 - QuadsLot 11 - 4x4Lot 12 - Recovery VehiclesLot 5 - Skip Lorries and Lot 6 - Mobile Cranes were not awarded.
