Single provider included the following as core package:1) Occupational health — pre-employment health screening, physiological therapy service, medical fitness standards, health surveillance, lifestyle health assessments, management referrals;2) MSK — telephone triage, Remote and face to face treatment, functional restoration programme for complex cases, training – manual handling and body mechanics;3) Day One Absence reporting;4) Drug and Alcohol Testing;5) Employee Assistance Programme;6) Access to Flu Vaccinations;7) Eye care Vouchers Mental Health and MSK issues account for over 60 % of absence and spend we need dedicated psychological services including counselling and CBT and specialist MSK physiotherapy services with clinically trained and practicing therapists around NWL locations. They are approx 3100 employees at NWL. Regarding Health Surveillance approx 1700 employees North, 540 Essex and 500 Suffolk. Award will be 2-year contract with option for 36-month extension.
