• Enable customers to gain the optimum level of improvement, maximising function and independence
• Facilitate people to return to their normal activities following injury
• Ensure that the service has a strong emphasis on patient education and self-management preventing recurrence of injury
• Develop an outline optional appraisal for closer working with Health Partners
