In addition to delivering a comprehensive, professional, and timely service for all employees, the Council require a proactive, commercially minded approach that offers creative and innovative solutions to meet the needs of both managers and staff. This service will enable the Council to fulfil operational requirements and uphold their common law and statutory responsibilities for employee health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace
