The South East Coast Ambulance NHS foundation Trust is looking to work with a supplier of Occupational Health and an Employee Assistant programme over the next 3 years.A summary:1. Occupational Health:This requires the supplier to provide to the organisation advice on matters relating to the health, welfare and well-being of its staff together with fitness for work. SECAmb is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver a service that provides a fully managed Occupational Health service which includes (but not limited to):— medical screening for new appointments,— medical examinations and fit for work assessments,— work station assessments,— fit for work assessments,— ill health retirement advice,— advice together with proactive well-being initiatives,— reporting,— promotion of well-being and healthy living.2. Employee Assistant Programme:This is for an experienced organisation to delivery an impartial and employee assistance service to help employees deal with both work and personal problems that might adversely impact their health, well-being and/or job performance.This will include (but not limited) to:— phone based support available 24/7,— web based information and support resources,— short-term (up to 6 sessions) counselling services,— web based counselling request booking.
