South Wales Fire & Rescue Service is seeking the services of a registered British Psychological Society (BPS) Occupational Psychologist to design and develop Assessment Development Centre (ADC) exercises that comply with the ‘Guidelines for Best Practice for Assessment Development Centres’ as set by the BPS, in support of the annual programme of ADC activities at Cardiff Gate Training & Development Centre.This contract will be a fixed price contract and can be utilised by other Fire and Rescue Services in Wales.
