The purpose of this RFT is to procure the design and implementation of a new Office of the Data Protection Commissioner website, available in both Irish and English and for the provision of maintenance and support following its launch. Hosting is not in scope for this tender competition. The new website is a key deliverable for the DPC as a primary communications channel for the organisation. The new website must support the DPC in delivering its remit under the new legislative framework by:• Providing information, guidance and online services to domestic and international users (individuals, private and public sector organisations and other data protection authorities). • Promoting the DPC brand in a positive manner to service users, stakeholders and the wider EU and international community as a primary authority in the field of Data Protection and Privacy
