NHS England (the Commissioner) seeks to commission Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Services to HMP High Down.The Contract will be for a term of 7 years. Services are scheduled to commence on 1st April 2023.The maximum total contract value is £4,040,000 (inclusive of mobilisation funding of up to £50,000 in Year 1).Interested parties are invited to take part in an Invitation to Tender (ITT) process, based on the Open procedure, and designed to identify the Most Economically Advantageous Tender and therefore determine the incoming provider.
