Office Cleaning Services Tender – HEFCWDescription of the ContractThe Higher Education Funding Council for Wales (HEFCW) is tendering for routine office cleaning services and internal window cleaning at Linden Court, The Orchards, Llanishen, Cardiff; an area of approx. 965m2 over four floors, Monday to Friday and which is accommodated by 55 staff of HEFCW. The contract is to include the provision of all labour, equipment, cleaning materials, consumables and supervision necessary for the execution of cleaning services.The contract will be for a period of two years with an option to extend on an annual basis, for up to a maximum of five years.If you have any initial queries in regard to the services being tendered please contact Jackie Hatton-Bell on 029 2068 2282 or Jackie.Hatton-Bell@hefcw.ac.uk.HEFCW will be short listing interested suppliers using a Pre-Qualification Process. A maximum of eight suppliers will be invited to tender. If you are interested in tendering, you will need to download the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire attached to this advert and return the completed questionnaire either by post or email for the attention of Mrs Karen Wolliner, Procurement Manager no later than 19 March 2010.Completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaires will then be used to short list to a maximum of eight suppliers, who will be invited to tender.
