To procure and fund the design and construction of a speculative office office block of a minimum of 25,000 sqft to a minimum BREEAM excellent standard @ Plot A15 SA1 Swansea Waterfront.To ensure that the development is designed and constructed in accordance with the Design & Development Framework criteria for the area.To procure the delivery of infrastructure that will be required to be uncertaken in accordance with the specified programme.The developer will be required to enter into a Development Agreement to include an Agreement for Lease and Lease with the Welsh Assembly.
