The manufacture, supply to site and on-site erection of new build housing systems. Applicants selected may need to be capable of regional or national delivery. The CHIC and EEM consortia members have requirements predominantly within the West and East Midlands, East of England, Wales, the South West and South East of England but not exclusively so and may in the future have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. Both consortia are owned by RP's (Housing Associations, ALMO's and Local Authorities) and have large scale membership. Both have successfully delivered a range of materials and works contracts for their members over the last 4 years.
