Descriptions

•The whole works will involve the following: oThe demolition of the existing parapet walls including removing of concrete copings. oThe removal, storage, any alteration and resecuring of the metal balustrading and any metal capping’s including renewing of all relevant and appropriate fixings. oMinor remedial repairs to existing mastic asphalt decking. oThe application of “Topseal” overlay system to mastic asphalt decking including but not limited to all upstand’s, tops of exposed brickwork and including the formation of DPC across the base of the demolished parapet wall. oRebuilding parapet walls in identical brickwork including renewing concrete copings. oRefitting of metal balustrading and capping’s. oInstalling hopper head and rainwater pipes in black 63mm round section. o Excavating, altering and connecting to existing surface water drainage.
