Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is looking to appoint a supplier to provide a housing related floating support service for older people living in their own homes (whether owner-occupiers, Contract Holders or licensees). The service will be provided across Wrexham County Borough. WCBC is seeking to appoint a single supplier to provide the contracted service that will support a minimum of 110 householders across Wrexham County Borough. There is a maximum annual budget of £210,000 (excluding VAT). Any submission received in excess of this will not be considered for award and will have their submission rejected. The Contract will run for an initial three (3) year term, commencing on 1st October 2025, with the option to extend for a further period of two (2) years.
