Works to include new carpet, ceiling tiles where applicable, lighting and decorations, main reception desk to be replaced with new partition screen. Staircase being used for access / egress to main lab refit. Staircase to be replaced once all equipment for new lab has been installed. All staircases to be refurbished, new lighting
