Westminster City Council is seeking to procure services for car sharing in Westminster in 2 Lots and for 2 years, with a further 2 year extension option.— Lot 1: will be for a single supplier to provide the fixed point car sharing service that currently exists in the city.— Lot 2: will be awarded to 2 suppliers for the provision of a floating car sharing service.Both car sharing schemes will be open to all members of the public and their purpose is to allow members on registration and payment of a fee to book, hire or rent, and use vehicles which are located on street within the city of Westminster.
