One to One Coaching Provision

We are inviting applications to tender for the facilitation of one to one coaching for delegates on the FFWS management training programme. The coaching will help delegates to embed the learning and development from the training programme, by working with them to identify and set goals and monitor progress towards these. Each delegate will be able to access up to three hours of coaching for the duration of the programme, enabling them to:•Find time and space to discuss ideas and issues•Formulate ideas and develop plans to move forward•Create time to reflect on their learning•Create an environment to explore business ideas and self-developmentWe are seeking a provider(s) who will facilitate coaching sessions for up to eighty delegates from the Fit for Work Management Training Programme.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=11887.
