This contract was awarded via DOS 4. The requirement for the the service: •Support the live operation of the current VTA service oProvide development, test, data, and DevOps support to support the operation of the App in the current operating environment from January 2021 as directed by the DVSA service owner and product owner. •Support knowledge transfer working to a knowledge transfer plan defined by and agreed with DVSA (anticipated to run between March 2021 and July 2021) oSupport knowledge transfer to an incoming supplier and/or DVSA staff in line with the knowledge transfer plan defined by and agreed with DVSA •Enable orderly contract exit oMaintain appropriate system documentation relating to activities undertaken during the period •Support backlog improvement tasks prioritised by the CVS Product Manager and assured by the Delivery manager
