Following the successful transfer of the Planning Portal to private ownership by the UK Government, the Welsh Government is in the process of considering its own provision of future online planning application services.We would like to understand if there are any companies that have an online planning application form service, equivalent to that provided by the current Planning Portal, which could be deployed and be operational by 1 September 2015.We would like to know:1.How quickly could such a service be introduced?2.How much might you anticipate to charge for such a service:•Over 12 months?•Over 24 months?•Over 36 months?3.What would be your typical daily rates for any out-of-contract product development?Please note that this is a market testing activity, undertaken well in advance of any formal decision making around whether or not this is tendered in future.We would be very grateful for any assistance you can offer in relation to the above queries within 10 days of the publication of this notice.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=27033.
