Onward Homes are seeking to appoint an architect to work with us to develop a masterplan and designs for housing on sites in the centre of Hattersley. We are the principal landlord and main social housing developer in the area.Since the stock transfer of this former local authority estate 10 years ago, Hattersley has seen a large investment in the existing rented stock and the development of housing for sale.The old district centre has been relocated and this has created a series of sites, 3 hectares in size overall, within the centre of Hattersley which are suitable for residential development.
