Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from parties to work in collaboration with the Council for the delivery of a reuse service through the operation of a Repair & Reuse Shop/Outlet/Facility Service in CCBC and thereby further the Council's ambition of meeting the Well being of Future Generations and Decarbonisation Agendas.The key principles behind this new initiative is to salvage consumer durables and associated goods and then resell at a new retail outlet on Penallta Industrial Estate, Hengoed.The intention is to review the data collection of all salvaged items and align as much as possible with the Welsh Government's decarbonisation ambitions and recycling targets.
