Ancillary to the facilities and operational management of each venue, at the Wyvern Theatre there is the ability to run a restaurant and at the Swindon Arts Centre, a bar & cafe. There is one management contract for both venues for a 10 year term with the ability to terminate the management contract after 5 years on 12 months notice by either party.
